Following Amount / Fee is Non-Refundable Under Any Circumstances:

  1. Application fee CAD 500
  2. Invitation fee CAD 50 Each
  3. Custody fee CAD 200
  4. Deferral fee CAD 200
  5. Banking charges CAD 35

Following Amount / Fee is Refundable Minus CAD 1500:

  1. Tuition fee CAD 14500

Condition of Refund: In Case of Visa Refusal only

Processing Time for Refund: Within 4 weeks of Receiving Request.

Documents required for Refund:

  1. Visa Refusal letter
  2. Letter of Acceptance
  3. Final tuition fee receipt
  4. Proof of Payment
  5. Notarized Refund Form

Additional Information :

  1. Refund will be Paid to Applicant Or Parents Account through Bank / Wire Transfer.
  2. In case of Withdrawing before visa There will be Extra deduction of CAD 1500
  3. In case of visa Approval , No refund will be Provided.
